Before I started training with Angela, I had terrible pain in my left kneecap when walking upstairs. Now, I walk upstairs numerous times a day pain-free!

I had some personal trainers in the past that only seemed happy if I was unable to use my legs for three days following my sessions. I always know that I worked out after my Project Strength 1:1 coaching program, but I’m able to move freely and I look forward to the next session instead of dreading it. They also used the same number of reps for every exercise regardless of weight and other factors. I appreciate that Angela isn’t “guessing” about what will deliver results.
